Design Information

Each Nutrient Separating Baffle Box is custom designed to meet site specific hydraulic and geometric requirements. To ensure the most efficient flow of information during design, accommodate project scheduling and enhance installation speed, we use the following guidelines.

Design Input: We request the Project Designer submit a
Design Worksheet to Price and Company via email or fax [616.530.2317].

Preliminary Design Preparation: a preliminary drawing is prepared by Suntree Technologies, detailing the input information, system geometry and hydraulic performance characteristics. The preliminary drawing is submitted to the Project Designer for review & comments.

Final Design Preparation: A final drawing is prepared by Suntree Technologies and submitted to the Project Designer for inclusion in the project Documents.

Project Scheduling: Typically, a 6 to 8 weeks lead time is required between order placement and NSBB delivery.
