Nutrient Separating Baffle Boxes [NSBB] are simple and fast to install as the internal framework and screens are preassembled wihtin the lower unit prior to site delivery. In essence, most installations require placement of two box halves [bottom and top] followed by grouting/sealing of both the inlet and outlet pipes ... period.

The UCF NSBB Installation 'case file' provides a pictoral - time sequencing review of the installtion process for this medium-sized system. Note that this system involved using three concrete 'pieces' rather than a conventional two 'piece' system. Furthermore, the contractor field installed a floating weir. While suggested for improved performance, a floating weir may not be required and when they are, they are typically preinstalled prior to delivery. Regardless, the UCF installation required only 6 hours - fast and cost effective!

Perhaps the most difficult part of 'installation' involves allowing adequate lead time for delivery. Since each unit is site-specific designed and fabricated, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery following order placement.
